All pictures must be in JPEG/JPG format. This is because JPEG is re sizable and more of the pictures will have to be resized to display in the Featured Coach section. The larger the picture and more resizing that is required, the poorer the quality of the picture displayed.
For optimum picture quality, the picture should be around the size of the picture below. If the website has to do extensive resizing of your picture, it will lose quality and appear grainy.
Select the picture from your local directory by clicking on the Browse button. Depending on the browser that you use, select the image file that you want to use. Once you hit Submit, the picture will be uploaded to the server and you will be able to see it displayed the next time you edit your profile.
If you want to replace the current picture, click on Browse and select a new picture. There is no need to delete the picture first. To delete your picture, just check the box next to Check to remove picture. The picture will be removed from the server and a blank box indicating that there is no picture available will be used instead.
